Sosialisasi Plataran Sehat pada Tenaga Kesehatan di Puskesmas Betoambari, Kota Baubau

When the COVID-19 pandemic affected Indonesia, the Indonesian Health System (IHS) changed significantly and transformed to overcome all the health problems caused by the pandemic. The Indonesian Health Transformation has changed the IHS as that includes six pillars, one of which is the transformation of Health Human Resources (HHR). HHR transformation enables standardized quality improvement of HWs through digitization of SKP value as a condition for extending STR and SIP that gave rise to a new platform, namely Plataran Sehat. The KTKI has socialized the Plataran Sehat through its social media content website but has not reached HWs in the regions. Similarly, the HWs at the Betoambari Health Center do not know about the Plataran Sehat. This abdimas aims to increase the HWs' knowledge about the Plataran Sehat at the Betoambari Health Center. This abdimas was conducted through socialization activities on Wednesday, August 09, 2023, at 12.00 WITA in the Betoambari Health Center. The univariate analysis used the descriptive statistics and the bivariate analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test processed through STATA 14. The bivariate analysis showed that there was an increase in knowledge before and after the socialization of the Plataran Sehat on HWs who participated in the socialization at the Betoambari Health Center ((Prob > | z |= 0.0000 < α 0.05)). The result expected that HWs who participated in the socialization could access training/webinars and get a certificate with SKP to strengthen STR and SIP.

Drug abuse cases are increasing rapidly in Indonesia, despite various efforts by the government and society. Drug abuse is difficult to eradicate. What can be done is to prevent and control so that the problem does not spread, thus harming the future of the nation, because of the decline in the quality of human resources, especially the younger generation. Various efforts continue to be made by the government together to reduce it. Strengthening prevention programs through dissemination and advocacy activities with the involvement of drug extension workers. The purpose of this service activity is to provide education and understanding to adolescents about the dangers of drug abuse, provide motivation for adolescents to live healthy without drugs, and provide an understanding of the dangers of various types of drugs. The purpose of this service activity is to provide education and understanding to adolescents about the dangers of drug abuse, provide motivation for adolescents to live healthy without drugs, and provide an understanding of the dangers of various types of drugs. The methods used in this counseling activity are: With the lecture method used by the extension team to convey to adolescents the dangers of taking drugs. This service activity for the students of SMAN 3 Baubau was attended by 41 participants with details of 29 men and 12 women. Of the total participants, there were 11 cigarette drug users.

Peningkatan Pengetahuan Melalui Penyuluhan untuk Meningkatkan Imun Tubuh di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

The purpose of this activity is that participants understand how to maintain the body's immune system during the Covid-19 pandemic and the various challenges that are being faced during the Covid-19 pandemi. Participants in this counseling activity is the students of SMP Negeri 3 Baubau, namely 43 students. This activity was held in the hall of SMP Negeri 3 Baubau on January 20, 2020 offline. Activities methods with an extension approach were Explanation of Material on how to increasing the body's immunity during the Covid-19 pandemic and conducting discussions and questions and answers, It is hoped that in this counseling, students can gain knowledge and understanding about increasing the body's immune system during the Covid-19 pandemic so that they are not easily infected with various diseases.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought major changes to the order of human life. The government has firmly issued various policies in all fields. One of them is in the household environment, including in the RT RW sub-district area based on observations that residents in their activities from home to market rarely wash their hands and also rarely use soap, wear masks imperfectly, rarely eat fruit, smoke at home, rarely clean bathroom tub. This makes residents not really care about the health protocols currently in place. The aim of the activity is to provide education to the public about implementing PHBS as an effort to prevent Covid-19. The implementation method for this community service program is structured systematically, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, creation of service articles and evaluation stage. Health education activities went well and received good responses and enthusiasm from respondents. For this reason, health education activities need to continue to be carried out as an effort to increase public knowledge and always apply PHBS and health protocols.

Penyuluhan HIV/AIDS di SMP Negeri 7 Baubau

The incidence of HIV / AIDS is a global problem that until now has not been resolved, including in Baubau Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The highest cases occur in the age group of 20-49 years which indicates that in adolescence (15-25 years) they already have HIV. The cause of the high incidence of HIV / AIDS in adolescents is influenced by many things including their lack of knowledge about HIV / AIDS. This counseling aims to find out the knowledge of student council members in SMPN 7 Baubau. This counseling uses a lecture method followed by questions and answers targeting large groups, and is assisted by tools such as infocus which is used as a medium for presenting HIV/AIDS health promotion materials, speakers and mics as loudspeakers so that student council members at SMP Negeri 7 Baubau can hear clearly. The number of participants was 20 people. The assessment was carried out using questionnaires 2 times. In the first questionnaire, the students’ knowledge about HIV/AIDS was still lacking. The results, the level of knowledge in the good category about HIV/AIDS was 50%. Then in the second questionnaire after completing the counseling, the level of knowledge in the good category became 64%. So the level of knowledge of student council members at SMP Negeri 7 Baubau increased by 14% in the good category after being given counseling about HIV/AIDS.

Penyuluhan Mengenai Narkoba Pada Siswa SMA Negeri 2 Baubau

Drug abuse and illicit circulation are proven to have damaged the future of the nation in any country, damaged human character, damaged physical and public health, and in the long run have great potential to disrupt the competitiveness and progress of a nation. The purpose of this activity is to increase the insight and knowledge of students of SMA Negeri 2 Baubau about drugs and the dangers of drug abuse among the younger generation. This drug-related health counseling activity is carried out with a lecture method in conveying how to avoid everything that can cause drug transmission but is preceded by the distribution of Pre-Test to determine the initial level of knowledge of students and also ends with the distribution of Post-Test to determine the increase in knowledge of SMA Negeri 2 Baubau students after counseling. Based on the distribution of knowledge results of students of SMA Negeri 2 Baubau after conducting counseling, there was an increase in which 8 were correct with 5 respondents (16.76%), 9 were correct with 10 respondents (33.33%), 10 were correct with 15 respondents (50%). Compared to before counseling. Counseling activities about the dangers of drug abuse at SMA Negeri 2 Baubau, went well and were enthusiastically followed by the target of counseling, namely students of SMA Negeri 2 Baubau.

Adolescents are the next generation of the nation who must be guarded from morally destructive behavior such as drug use. Drugs have a big impact, namely from physical, psychological, economic, socio-cultural, and so on. If this abuse continues, the Indonesian nation will be destroyed instantly. Therefore, it is necessary for all national apparatuses to participate in eradicating this drug. Therefore, we provide counseling/education to increase insight to adolescents about narcotics. This counseling itself is carried out by providing material using power points given to students at SMKN 1 Baubau which contains material about what teenagers should know about drugs. The methods used in the implementation of this service activity are lecture and question and answer methods. The lecture method is used to convey the understanding of drugs, the types of basic ingredients for making drugs, to prevention and how drug abuse in society/youth. Overall service activities can be considered quite good, judging from the success of achieving goals is considered good (60%) while less good (40%), the achievement of planned material targets is good (80%), and the ability of participants in mastering the material is considered good (80%).
