Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Nelayan Tangkap di Desa Molona Kabupaten Buton Selatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Nelayan Tangkap Di Desa Molona Kecamatan Siompu Barat Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yaitu, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada indikator akses informasi dengan adanya komunikasi dua arah aliran informasi dua arah antara pemerintah desa dan masyarakat nelayan sudah berjalan dengan baik dan efektif, Pada indikator Inklusi atau partisipasi belum optimal, hal ini ditunjukan bahwa masyarakat nelayan belum dapat dikategorikan sebagai ko-produsen karena peran mereka masih terbatas pada penangkapan dan penjualan ikan masih secara segar, tanpa keterlibatan dalam pengolahan atau produksi lanjutan. Pada indikator Akuntabilitas sudah baik, hal ini dapat ditunjukan bahwa pemerintah telah menyediakan Kartu Kusuka sebagai identitas resmi nelayan untuk mengakses bantuan dan asuransi. Sementara itu pada indikator kapasitas organisasi lokal sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa, masyarakat nelayan telah menunjukkan kemampuan kerja sama yang baik melalui komunikasi dan koordinasi yang efektif, serta perencanaan bantuan yang mendukung kebutuhan nelayan.
