This research focuses on finding students’ identities for Thematic Real Work Lecture Monitoring and Evaluation assessment. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the search for students’ identities to be carried out monitoring and evaluation assessment of Thematic Real Work Lectures. The research method used was to use a squential searching algorithm with the technique of finding student data sequentially from start to finish based on the desired search keyword. The result of this research was the implementation of a sequential searching algorithm in the assessment system Monitoring and Evaluation of Thematic Real Work Lectures and ran well.
