Abstract

Implementation of the work discipline of civil servants is a top priority in the promotion of the duties and functions of government organizations. In this report , the author would like to know how to apply the discipline of working time for civil servants in the Office of the Police Unit between Buton Regency on the basis of Regent Decree No. 9 year 2017 on the discipline of working time. The study uses qualitative descriptive methods, sampling techniques and sampling purposes, and validation of data using triangulation data. And the methodology of analyzing data using collaborative methods of analysis. The results of this research can therefore be concluded that the discipline of work in the office of Satpol PP Buton is not consistent with the discipline of working hours set out in the Rule of Regent No. 9 Year 2017, where many civil servants who do not comply with the discipline do not take serious steps from the main employer at the staff level (district secretary) and Buton is a legal factor of substance, a factor of facilities and infrastructure, a weak factor in supervision, and a factor of awareness among civil servants in discipline, Budget considerations, the factor of residence.
