IMPLEMENTASI KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH SMK NEGERI 1 WANGI-WANGI

Abstract

The formulation of the problems in this study Was how with the implementation of the principal’s leadership at SMK Negeri I Wangi-Wangi, this study aimed to determine the implementation of principal leadership at SMK Negeri 1 Wangi-Wangi.The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were parties directly related to the implementation of the principal’s leadership implementation. In seeking this information, the research interviewed the principal, deputy principal, teachers and educational  staff, totaling 27 people. Data collection in the study was carried out using various methods such as observation, interviews, literature and documentation, requiring tools while the instruments were interview guides, cameras, voice recorders, stationery,and a PC or laptop. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis of data reduction, data presentation, and cloncusion or verification. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that:  the implementation of the principal’s leadership at SMK Negeri I Wangi-Wangi has been going well. which is in accordance with the seven indicators.
